Responsibilities:

The Digital Response Specialist is an entry level Customer Service support role, operating in a Call Center environment as a customer advocate and supporting Consumer Direct Lending. As the Digital Response Specialist, you will act as a communication contact (email or text) to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer.

The Digital Response Specialist will:

  • Answer high-volume, emails inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers' mortgage loan inquiries/requests
  • Effectively manage the pipeline of tasks and responses within SLA
  • Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses with employees, consumers and authorized third parties.
  • Interact with multiple departments to expedite loan processing and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to department senior associates or supervisors
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage and/or financial services experience is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Capable communicator, written and oral
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
